Understanding the Claim for Exemption Form
The Claim for Exemption Form is designed to be user-friendly, adaptive and can be saved on your computer.
- Help files are integrated into the form and provide guidance throughout.
- Product Identifier (PI) fields expand to hold the necessary information.
- PI's entered in Part III - Controlled Products: Information, are repeated throughout the form where additional information is required.
- Pagination adjusts to input.
- An infinite number of claims can be entered on the same form. However, the operational speed of the PDF form will slightly diminish as the amount of information entered increases.
